Poker in the US

I thought the USA was supposed to be the land of the free, but you can't play poker online?...what's that all about?

I really belive its gonna get greater later and everything is gonna fall into play

I'm just wondering why it's illegal..I mean Vegas, Atlantic city...why not online?..

Brick and mortar casinos don't want people gambling from their homes when they don't make anything off of it.

They have more money than others and intend to keep it that way, so they get what they want. That's how this country works!

In Russia banned live poker but online poker no ban can not I really want to go to a live poker tournament this is my dream

hmm...big live casino's not wanting the internet, that makes sense..

If the USA govmt had a legal poker site that was availbe to all the states, imagine how much money that would generate....seems like a waste...like the 'weed' thing...I dunno...

There are a lot of other pokersites that allow Americans to play online.
To name a few: Americas Cardroom, 888poker(i think)
