Poker Documentary - Crowd Sourcing A Seat To WSOP 2014!

So I found this video of a guy who is trying to crowd source his way to the wsop. I'm pretty sure this has been done before, privately, but it's interesting to see someone doing it in this way. If he can get enough to play he will be having the whole thing documented as well.

Sounds like a scam to me. What's to keep him from over selling the documentary and make sure he finishes out of the money and keeping everything?

He is sending out contracts to those who pledge, so I pretty sure it's won't be a scam.

Thats an awesome idea, I just might have to throw this dude 11 bucks.

I'm really interested to see how this plays out. If I heard him correctly, he'll be playing for 0% of his winnings, so I wonder if he'll be able to take the tourney as seriously. Although he would have 100 people to hold him accountable.
