Do you earn poker? If you earn then do you give part of the money you won to any funds and charity? Is the humanity of poker players?:)

At the current time, I do not earn so much poker to engage in charity. But in the past, having good winnings, I helped my parents. I think if I won a major tournament - without a drop of regret 20 percent would give to charity.

My poker game does not give me big profits, because I do not have extra money for charity. If my game will make a good profit, then surely I would like to help orphans.

We have held several charity events here at the request of individual members. Generally get nice turnouts & monies to benefit the charity.

I have struggled with this concept since I began playing cards. I have seen casinos destory people, and make people... so I've reasoned that it's how you regard the game, in relation to your circumstances. I saw an old man win 3 million, and donate 75% to a charity, stating he "...had everything he needed already." I usually use a portion of my winnings to buy something for someone I enjoy spending time with. Like a gift for a friends child just because, or flowers for a famly member, a purse for my gf, or I'll tip the taxi driver a little more then I usually would. I've brought someone to lunch, filled up thier gas tank, and taken them to a movie! I believe in the law of attraction... if you're bringing joy through your generosity, karma may provide to you with the cards, and luck you need to continue making positive impressions on the lives of the people you encounter. The power of positive thoughts can bring you far! You'd be surprised at how being humble can take you to the top in this game. There's an old saying- "That in order to recieve, you must give first earnestly."

I think you are going in the right direction, people should help each other, even if they live on different continents, I hope you continue this work and such tournaments will be regular!

Thank you all for not showing indifference to other people! On our planet, a lot of those can not survive without the support of others and your help now or in the future is just necessary for them! Very pleased that playing in your favorite game we have (we will have) the opportunity to help others! All you good mood and good luck at the poker tables!

If I made a living at poker millions, of course, would be engaged in charity, but this has not happened yet.

In this case, I wish you luck in poker, earn so much money that you have enough for all your needs, well, to charity, too))) I think that we are all equal and need to help the needy!

Absolutely - anyone that makes money doing something that doesn't necessarily contribute to society has an obligation to give back financially -
