Poker Blogging

<spam>I just made a poker blog and am going to be updating it a lot. Everyone should make one, me, bobjack, mrsticker and gord are linking ours together. Everyone should make one and update it often. it will help you get better at poker, if everytime you play a tournament you blog and look over your play and mistakes you will get better and not make the same mistakes. Anyways, read my blog! </spam>

I've had a blog link in my signature for months and no-one's complained... why would they?

We already have a bad beat section.....why not do a winning section. We will call it the Braggarts section.....or whatever. But we can also learn alot about winning. JD.....I think this will be a good job for you to set this up. I think this will be right up your alley.

How about an Ideas-that-have-been-brought-up-before-but-were-turned-down section? That would help a lot of folks out.

If you have commercial/affiliate links on your blog then I'm sorry but you can't put it in your signature. The problem we face is ANY sort of commercial signatures on this site create a knock on effect where spammers decide to follow the trend. Seriously we spend way too much time tidying the spam up already, we can't really afford to handle any more.

Spammers have gotten really clever now. They don't just post spam threads anymore, they signup as legitmate users posting average things and then link to their advert-filled spam blogs. It sucks that some people ruin it for others, but what can we do.

How about a "100 quality posts" rule to let you post your blog link? Or just forget hard and fast rules - it's pretty obvious when people are spamming and it's not a genuine blog - so just use discretion.

My blog is ad-free and regularly updated for the last couple of years. Makes interesting and occassionally embarrassing reading for me

I'll add the links of the other ad-free blogs in this page to mine.
