Many players can become addicted to the game of poker. a) Constantly invest money to play in different rooms
b) Invest time to participate in all the Freeroll tournaments of the day

Which of the two activities can be considered more of an addiction to the game of Poker?

Either - But One is Worse

Either choice can become a problem. However, if I had to pick one, #a is worse. You can not spend more money that you can afford. Bottom line. But if you are not winning, spending a lot of time playing free rolls and not enjoying the experience, time to take a break.

Any activity in which a person loses control can turn into an addiction ... Good hands.

Choosing addiction is a choice

I played poker because I love it. if you love something you usually want to do it again, and wanting to do it again some might say that you're addicted. but, if you choose to do something because it gives you pleasure even if it's addicting you're making the choice to give yourself pleasure through that addiction good luck on the tables everybody and as always have fun

I don't think there is poker addiction. I am confident in addiction to gambling, which, among other things, can include addiction to poker, and only in the case of making constant deposits and playing over the limit without even understanding the basics.
There is no addiction to gambling here, as freerolls do not bring big winnings and there is no incentive to play for a penny. It's just that you will be playing a lot in micro tournaments and freerolls for a while. Only then will you decide to play at a more professional level and devote time to your studies or play as a hobby player from time to time for fun.
I speak not only by my example, but also by the example of many people I know.
The most striking example, I have 2 friends who play poker. Moreover, they play any games (cash, spin-and-go, SNGs, tournaments and tournaments with any limits up to $ 1050 and 400 nl. But at the same time they play slots in the Casino, and if they win a lot, they switch to poker, a couple of days later, and back to the casino, and this continues until everyone loses. This is an addiction to gambling, not just playing poker.

it is better to constantly play freerolls and achieve prize zones to create a bankroll than to constantly make deposits and lose them

Hello.
For me, playing poker is fun, a favorite hobby, but not an addiction. I play when I have free time, usually 3-5 hours a day. I don't spend my own money on the game, instead I constantly increase my bankroll by playing in freerolls.
