pocket aces, too often?

why do pocket aces seem to appear so often?

with my basic maths i reckon they should come up about once every 220 hands (please correct me if i'm wrong)

playing online they they seem to be dealt far more often than that

is it just they are so noticeable? maybe you just get to see them all, i dont suppose many get folded

what do you think?

I think they are delt more online, I've noticed I'll go a whole 20 person sng(home game) amd not get aces once, but when I play online I get it like 1 out of every 50 hands

I'm with you. I played low limit today for 10 minutes and saw AA 2X. Once for me, thankfully.

AA does seem to come online quite alot, but I also think they get busted online more often as well. I would say I only win about 1/3 of the time with them online, and when I lose with them it usually costs me quite abit.:rofl:

I'm with you on that - especially if you're playing low limit. I almost hate to see it come up, but of course don't have the guts to fold it.

At least 1 person will get an AA (or any other specific pocket pair) in a 10 handed game about 4.5% of the time. So they should hardly come up according to the %. Yet remember we are talking RNG that generates #'s , not the odds or percentages that are supposed to come up.

They may come up often, but they don't often win...

pocket As? never heard of them. i guess i get them once in 500 hands, so i guess if u combine me and jeterkids925 stats it equals 1 in 220 hands
