I have a feeling that many play poker hands in the past. What I mean is that when I fold a hand I continuously flip/flop from hand to visual of my folded hand to then realize that had I not folded, I would have won. If I could deduct my could have won losses on my taxes, I just might get a refund on my taxes. Well maybe. I recently realized that instead of monitoring the hand in progress that I folded, that I do this all the time. It appears as of today when I decided not to do that as it simply fills my empty head with a lot of negative thoughts and I get even worse. Just a thought I'm going to work on as I done good in a 99 player field today by finishing 22nd. At several times I was in the top 10 when I checked and my blood pressure would rise and then BANG I'd blow it by thinking about what amount of money I would be winning. Good thing I didn't spend it because I didn't get much. $1.20 out of $1.50 buy in. Need to concentrate on the positives and not the negatives I think.
