I would probably sit out! It does ruin everyone else's fun when someone goes all in everyhand!

Used to go allin to get out of the way, now I just leave or if I think I have been treated well at the table I tell folks to enjoy my blinds then leave.

It depends if any one at the table haves sucked out on my :D.
If some one sucked out on me i push every hand and try to get revenge, but if not i just leave.
But i really dont have to leave that often.

Lol, where's the downside of having people pushing with any 2 cards every hand? Just wait for a hand that crushes that range and call when you're sure you're ahead... there's so much value in having these players at your table it's not even funny. I wouldn't join a tournament if I had to leave in the middle of it, but the people who sit out are creating an unfair advantage to the people on their right and screwing the ones on their left (if you're talking about tournaments, of course). That's because some players will technically have the button twice in a row, getting great opportunities to use position to steal blinds and make plays, and others will get attacked when they're on the BB because since the SB is sitting out there's one less player the stealers have to worry about.

Seriously, I love having tilted pushers on my table. They're some of the best players to greatly increase your stack size, and I can't see why they're such a problem to some of you guys...

I've never had to leave a real money tournament.
In S&G's, I shove-shove-shove to get out.

Folding every hand is advantage to the people on your right.
Shoving makes it a crap shoot. Anybody with a decent hand can call if they want and take your chips. There is no disadvantage for callers, as their future all-ins will probably have much worse odds.

Now... in a CC event I don't think I'd do that, as shoving seems a bit rude. In CC events I'd probably just sit out. I also do stuff like show my hands sometimes, which isn't something I do in an out-for-blood game against people I don't know.

i do agree with most of you on this subject however remember if you do call an all in from a player (that just wants to leave). you put yourself in a bad way and a race . like justyesterday i was in a hand with ace jack suited and i called a small raise to see the flop ... the flop came jack 66 figuring i was against ace king or an over pair from his bet of 1k. so i decieded he didnt have it and ireraised to an all in for me.. i bet 6k he called and showed 85 off i couldnt believe his call then the worst thing happened .4th is a 5 and the river another 5 and he wins and im out of the tourney. so if you are willing to call the all in before and after the river you better have the nuts..........and again gl to you snoopy

The 'I have to leave now' excuse is getting about as worn out as 'I can't come to work today becuz my kids are sick'. Sometimes it is true, most often - not.

Sit out - when it happens. Most often the rapid fire all-inners only plan on sitting on their ill-gained stash, hoping to make it ITM. For some reason, the Poker Gods seem to favor bad behavior and take a lot of good players out first.

All in or sit out

Unfortunately I usually lose the tournament long before I want to leave - haha. However, this string has given me something to think about.

I absolutely hate playing at the same table as someone who goes all in before the flop every hand. I refuse to go all in even if I have a great hand until after the flop.

Having said that, yesterday there was one person at our table who went all in over and over and I finally got so frustrated and decided I didn't feel like playing anymore so I challenged her. She had gone all in with a 2 & 8 unsuited. Man, oh man, did it feel good to get rid of her.

Have a great day!

So, some idiot shoves 10 hands in a row. You fold AA, KK, QQ? I don't believe you.

In my mind there are different types of tournaments. In a tournament that I've paid to get into I would never go all in, or leave for that matter.

In freerolls, if it's a smaller friendly freeroll, like the ones here, I consider it poor manners to go all in, if I had to leave I would just sit out. That causes the least havoc at the table.

If it's a large hourly freeroll, who cares really? Sure, the all in people can beat you with nothing hands but hey, the tournament happens every hour so why not just go with them? I'm often waiting for the "I have to leave" person to pad my chips with.

Believe it. I do it. If my intent is to stay in, why play lotto? That's ALL an all-in preflop is - I don't care what hand you have. Based on position, if a HU is guaranteed, I might call it with rockets or bad boys, but not likely the ladies.

My thinking? Sight unseen on the board, I have about a 30% chance of losing. Folding I have -0-% of going out and have chips to play poker, not bingo.

one night during a tourney, I had a decent stack but had to leave to go fetch my son up the road, I landed up getting side tracked and landed up getting home long after the tourney had ended. By some miraculous fortune, I landed up 3 levels up in the money, since then if I have to leave, I will rather just leave and let my blinds get eaten up.

Yes. I have lost far too many hands AA or KK to some cheap all in player lucking out with a straight or better. A pair doesn't get you very far in this game. I'd rather PLAY my hand than close my eyes and pray.

It isn't fun when you have people going all-in every hand, but I just hope for a big hand, call their all-in when I get one and pray it holds up. That's all you can do in those situations.

OK then, just keep on folding AA and KK to someone who is shoving every hand. LOL
