depends: if you want to play a tournament, play it in the afternoon because sometimes the tournaments last 6-8 hours and if you play it in the night the game will be extended all night .... at night you only play chash tables that you can retreat at any time

For its more important to be rest so i giess i can play day or noght.

I play day and night. If your mind is on the game, there is no bad time to play poker. I like playing live , weekend nights when my opponents are drinking the best.

To be honest, i,m not sure, that this is any difference between when to play poker. If you have time to play poker in the morning, you can do this in the morning. If you have a job , you can play poker in a night hours. Just play the game, when you have a time for it.

the important question is how long after waking is better to play. if you play a night tournament that takes a lot of time and you're already tired because you've been awake all day is not good. if you play almost immediately after sleep the body has not woken up and yet more mistakes can be made.
