Yes, when he complains like that he helps other people improve their games strengthening the competition. He should keep his mouth shut and walk away, then he can tell his bad beat stories to the people who care.

Yea, Tony G. is just an ass.. Totally inappropriate (?? the german wrote it correct?? :D )

What I find so interesting in the whole Hellmuth "thing" is, that in his book (yea, I read some chapters..) is a whole chapter about "poker etiquette" :D When I read this, I really thought an other Phil wrote it.. lol

I think I would be annoyed too, being knocked out of a tournament that had cost me $10,000 to enter. :D

Tony G is absouletly disgraceful.

It sickened me to watch him attack and badger his opposition like that, especially after he took the pot down.

Tony G was absolutely correct about that hand. The fact he was talking so much when he completed the blind and him saying he'll call a re raise or even go all in. just why on earth are you even raising with kj? see the flop and evaluate from there. I've never raised from the BB without a pp or ace, unless my opponent constantly limps. Maybe the whole "go back to russia" thing was a little much, but it is good for tv poker. more ratings

Calling with KJ there was a terrible move, but Tony G took it a little too far.

I love it when you watch old poker videos and it looks like they hosted the tournaments in the ballroom at the Holiday Inn next to the airport.

Cause Phil Hellmuth is about 6 foot 6 inches. He may not come across as a big guy on TV, but I've seen him in person, and I don't think most people would feel like tussling with someone that size.

Indeed, I do recall him on PAD chatting about a fight of sorts he had in the 80's or early 90's with some old guy though ( who I think was also playing in the same PAD ) Something about them both going outside and rolling on the sidewalk for a while or something lol.

I think it was Sam Grizzle. Or at least they mentioned that once during one of the wsop broadcasts.

Phil is a great character in the world of poker.Al view this video, I realize that Phil has always been so, it has not changed after their achievements. Sometimes if it is unbearable. But it must be gratifying to delete a table .-

I don't really understand whenever Hellmuth starts ranting after he gets sucked out. I mean sure, you can play a hand perfectly and still lose. That's part of the game. He's a professional, yet every single time he gets so frustrated. I don't know if that's part of his game to try and get under his opponent's skin (to pretend like he's on tilt), but still it's a little classless. Like Lebron. ;) Kidding about that last part.

Amen. I realize you would get kicked out of a casino and prolly be banned or something if you whoped Phils ass but I want to see a video of someone waiting for him outside in the parking lot and teaching him how to play some different kind of hands.

Calling with KJ there was a terrible move, but Tony G took it a little too far.
Tony G is just as bad as Phil. He points out that KJ was a horrible call but putting the majority of your stack on the line with A2 thats a freaking awesome play as well.
