:p I dont have a tell on him as such however i think Phil is a great player except that mouth of this. The reason i believe this is not because of his foul mouthed raising voice antincs. However it is when he would say something such as "You could have the ace" on a A Q 5 board where he is holding something like K Q after being raised. The problem with this is that is so much infomation to his opponent and i know some of you will come back and say he may be doing this to trick the opponent. However that is not true in every clip i have seen he has been telling the truth.

Any thoughts? :)

Problem 'every clip I have seen' is that you are seeing less then 10% of his actual hands. What makes good poker, many times makes for very boring TV so they won't show but very few hands. Trust me, if there was a tell on Phil, I'd love to see it exploited--I can't stand him. However, I am pretty darn sure that when he is in a hand, he is 100% control of what, why and how he says things.

Actually, I've seen Phil say something like "You could have a set" when He HIMSELF really had a set, etc....the guy is one of the top pros in the world, I promise you he knows EXACTLY every word that comes out of his mouth. And he says everything for a reason.

I think he's just playing mind-games.

He ONLY talks like this when he is last to act on the river when he is not going to raise. It is not much of an issue, he is smart enough to not do this while there is other persons to act behind him.

If you ever watch him in poker after dark cash games he does use this raising voice to his advantage I've seen him bluff many times using this. But when i think about it he does this more times when he isn't bluffing than he is i'l say around 60%-40% he isn't bluffing when he does this. But i think this is a good way to make your opponent guess.

Seriously? I would LOVE to play a hand with him, just to have the chance to pull a donk move that beats him. Cue the infamous Hellmouth tantrum.
