Mostly this is for cash game players. I have problem I can't stop playing when I have money on account so I lost all everyday. So I need to give money every time I want to play. I limited it to around 50$ per month.. it's going down every month. No money for this adrenaline. I can't sit on cash table, won 10$ and sit out. I would be happy to win 10-15$ a day and at the end of month I could take 300$ dollars which is a lot for me. 2nd.. salary.

But I can't control. For example I had 13$ I sit for cash game.. in 30minuts i had 300$!!! And I lost it next time I sit to play.

in this case I think you have a problem called addiction, I recommend you to make a strategy and to respect it regardless of whether you lose or win, you have to set goals and give everything to hit them .... good luck buddy !!!

for now I am at the same level I can not hold any profit and I have to load my own money over and over again, last year my losses are about 200 dollars. In my opinion, it is important to improve the game to manage the tilt

dobatibata, perhaps your sessions are too long, and fatigue comes.
How long does your session last?
What limit are you playing?
Perhaps someone mentioned you as a "fat fish" and always sits at your table to choose what you won.
It is recommended to leave the table not only when you lose money, but when you win a lot at the same table.

The key and end goal is to not lose. If you are a gambling addict, I hate to say it but poker may not be an option for you. Gambling addicts are addicted to losing- and can't quit until they do. Hope this is not your case, but from the information you've provided, it doesn't look good.

dobatibata, do other thing.... you not will be profissional player in one day. Everybody say about banking management, its mean you must to have 100x-50x buy in to play on table-limit. When we broke some players say we not able to play in this table. We must play in table with people who we can win. Maybe you play with sharks.... and have a time to rest (you must play your A-POKER). Keep trying (GL)

solidarity.

Maybe you try play at that variant:
a) Set the bar everyday for yourself. For example, 50 per month (it means 1.67 per day), if you spending more than 1,67 stop playing. (If you played not much for enjoying, play next time lower buy in than yesterday).
b) Also set the bar for win. For example, you win 5 dollar - there are 2 variants
1) stop playing
2) if you wanna play again, you must think what you are playing today first time and today you in zero. And again set your bar as a) variant.

It’s not so much a percentage of my wage moreso what percentage I’m willing to play with. There is no set amount for me it is entirely dependant on the situation at the time.

I haven't made a Deposit either in the same room. Time this always is. I'll start with freerolls and future $ 50 will start to play MTT's. Then I get about $ 1000 and then Deposit.

You are intoxicated to poker. You need someone who can stop you every time you win or loose at certain point and you must respect to him/her.

Percentage

that happens to the players in our beginnings that we can not stop playing when we have money in our Bankroll, it's about discipline, I'm going to tell you an aceglot I had, once I won a prize playing a $ 900 casino I won a jackpot with only betting 0.25 cents, and raised the bet to the casino to $ 5.00 and after 1 hour only reach to withdraw $ 200 ... that served as a lesson for when I win a prize or a tournament withdraw the money immediately:driver:bad experiences also teach

Depends. You should be investing more than 10% even if you are great player. So 10% or less.
