re: Poker & Paypal
Yes but Paypal is the Global Leader in Online Payments. Also Owned by the #1 Auction Internet Site, Ebay. I would personally go with the site that is much more trusted and #1 then netteller. Paypal processes within 2-3 days compared to a week as well. Even charges less per transaction then Netteller. Paypal also lets them recieve payments in 6 currencies.
PayPal account holders transact an average of over $5.6 billion USD through PayPal every quarter. That's $2 million USD per hour, and $48 million USD a day. Plus, over $750 million USD is stored in PayPal accounts, which is turned over every two weeks. Stored balances encourage impulse purchases and increased buying.
Since PayPal is an easy and secure way to pay, seeing the PayPal payment option during checkout increases buyer confidence and improves sales conversion.
In fact, over 80% of Paypal users say they're more likely to buy from an online business a second time if that business accepts PayPal.*
No extra fees
PayPal doesn't charge the extra fees that you might have with a merchant account, like setup fees, monthly fees, and gateway fees.
Our fees are only applied when you receive money, and you're never under any obligation to use PayPal. A typical merchant account may require a six-month commitment or longer.
We fight chargebacks on your behalf. In addition, on qualifying transactions, PayPal's Seller Protection Policy shields you from liability that you may be exposed to with a typical merchant account.
Accept payments immediately
Sign up for a PayPal Premier or Business account and start receiving payments today -- no lengthy application process.
What I am going to guess is that the poker sites don't like getting the transaction fees cause Paypal doesn't fee the buyer, they fee the merchant. Which is actually cheaper anyway.
There is the diffrence..Netteller has this, Guaranteed funds from all NETELLER deposits - you will never recieve a chargeback from NETELLER!
Hate to prove them wrong but a chargeback can be done and completed but that is a diffrent story all in itself.
