One or the other

Some of the hands and plays I have seen online since I have returned to the game are just unbelievable. There are only two possible explanations for these occurences. 1-People are cheating. 2-People have no clue what they are doing but they are hitting every card they need after their opponents already have made hands. I've just seen it way too much of it to be coincidince.

I say the latter, yes Im sure their are people colluding on tables, but mostly just bad players getting lucky. The good players are still winning overall and profitting so it really can't be all that bad.

There are so many different levels of talent and many styles, Unless your seeing the same people over and over it is hard to figure out what there doing. Thought I knew a player, pretty tight, and I knew my hand was good. At that point he mixed it up and I was drawing behind.

3-The donks overvalue their hand and don't realize that 4 outs on the river doesn't mean shove. But like it's been said before-don't tap my fish tank.

What really set me off to write this thread was I was playing in a private freeroll on Carbon and the table was full of romanians. They were chatting in their native language and you could clearly see they were talking about poker hands. So i'm playing a pot with these guys and the guy puts me allin on the flop I have a pair of aces not in my hand but I made it on the flop. So I called he has j10 with no pair no draw not even a flush draw. Sure enough turn J river 10 i'm out. So odds are he just made a donk play but crap like that has been happening so often it just set me off to write about it.

I have had the same problem. Had K J in hand flop come K J 6, I pushed all in guy calls with 44, hit a 4 on the river and beats me. That was a donk play but he wins. Alot of bad beats going on.

Well thats not exactly the same thing. I mean 44 he had a hand. But the 10J? That was too good to be true.

I see what you are saying. That Romanian guy magically knew which two cards were coming. How can you beat mad skillz like that ? I bet he could tell you who was on the grassy knoll, too.

There is also a 3rd option.
