When I play online poker, I have a problem with downswings but the hands I am losing are to things like a higher full house, or bad beats on the river.

How do you curb downswings when you have such strong cards?

If you can somehow plant in your mind that you are playing online and what happens online usually does not happen in real life to some extent (this comment is a completely separate subject that could take years to finish lol)

Just understand that you are playing so many more hands online then you are in live games, so of course you will notice so many more beats just through pure quantity of games played, but also due to manmade random generators that can be questionable ..... mathematically speaking.

As far as being beat by higher boats (full houses), well ....on that, you may want to reexamine your game theory and how you actually played those hands.
Hope this helps

If you like to gamble, I tell you I'm your man
You win some, lose some, all the same to me
The pleasure is to play, makes no difference what you say
I don't share your greed, the only card I need is the Ace of Spades…

how do I overcome? I become hysterical. I throw a pillow in a wall, I use foul language a little. and in several seconds, I continue a game as though nothing was, I forget))). of course, it isn't pleasant to lose with a strong hand, but for me it is better, than to lose because of any silly mistake.

In such cases, I stop playing in this room for a while. I rest a day or two, or play in other poker rooms. I return in a week and see how the situation has changed. I was convinced that playing in downswings is a precious waste of time. Although before I played clenched teeth and suffered all the setbacks, bad beats and thousands of empty hands dropped preflop..

I see that almost every player remembers bad beats, losings on the river and stuffs like that, but don’t remember when the variation goes in there favor

In Lemmy we trust.

I agree with being annoyed for a few seconds then needing to move on and continue onwards. I agree that it is better to lose with a strong hand to a bad beat or suck out and when reviewing these hands we can be comforted by knowing we lost because of bad luck rather than a mistake we made. Just last night I had someone shove on me when I was holding I think KK, they showed 58 suited clubs (no 5s or 8s on board) and hit a club on turn and on river for the flush. They shoved all in on me on the flop to my raise  with 8 high. But even though it was frustrating, I felt good knowing that most of the time we're winning a lot there when people shove any two cards!
