What should I do - one of online poker room block my account - I can not cashout money.. any response from support...

Is any institution able to help me?

Does anyone else seem to notice these pop-up whenever there is a push to ban online gambling? Coincidence? I think not.

My IP addres was from diffirent country than I register -but it was not true.
I sent them my passport - as they wanted - nor response for 2 days...

If this is even true, then you really need to post some more details about the issue before anyone here can really think about giving you suggestions. We don't know the situation or events leading up to your block.

I have static IP address - which belong to Polish IP Range - I have check it.
They are still informing me "Please note that our relevant department is currently working on this matter at present"
But they are" working" for more than one week without any results...
I stopped sending mail them and wait...
What should I do - any advices?

if your ip is from a european nation that is normally blocked from that poker room and you used an address from another country than they have every right to close it.

I live in Poland, have polish IP - what I did wrong?
that poker has website in polish language...

Chances are, if you did everything you were supposed too, then you did nothing wrong. This is likely some kind of screw up on their side. Maybe their fraud detection software was triggered by some set of events. I don't know. But keep the pressure on them. Most times it is something easy enough to work out, but keep diligent or they won't.
