Offline game without gadgets

April 29 in California hosted a tournament, a kind of experiment,
a tournament where it is forbidden to use mobile gadgets!
Do you agree with this and the players should not be distracted,
but to communicate more at the table
or do we still have to keep pace with the times?

I like the idea behind it, to get players to chat and help spread the FUN of the game instead of every time they show poker on tv, everyone is glued to there phone ect. but on the other hand, I think players should be aloud to decide weather or not they want to chit chat or stare at there phones.
