It has to happen. More and more states are looking into it as they notice how much $ there is involved.
It wouldn't make sense to have 50 different states with different rules. Plus once the monopolies start going, I.E. WSOP
's brand for example, will want to combine all the pools from different states.
Again, I am at work and can't google most things because they are blocked... but the AGA just hired one of Obamas campaign managers to represent them. Just google "Online Federal Poker Bill" in the news category.
I am hoping by November there will be some sort of bill that gets introduced!
