Do you read more books, an if so which? Do you play at higher buy ins? If so what if you cant afford? How did the really top players get to where they are now? Anyways hope i can get some good advice, cheers!
Your questions cover a pretty broad spectrum but I think I have some general advice that couldn't hurt.
Keep records: Date/time/buy-in/game/structure/place/%ITM and what ever else you can think of. When you start to take the game seriously the first question you need to answer is, "Am I a winning player?". If not then why? If so then how can I win more? Don't speculate, gather information.
Read Everything: If you haven't already then you need to read the Harrington tournament books.
Don't Move Up: If you're unsure about playing for more money then you shouldn't. Do some research on bankroll requirements and money management. You'll find plenty of answers to those types of questions right here on CC.
