Before coming to university I worked in a call centre for 8 hours a day for 2 years. I used a hands free headset. I played with chips at work for something to do.

+1. Thats why I learnt to shuffle a 14 chip stack. Makes me look like I know what i'm doing (my poker still sucks though).I'm totally intimidated by people who can handle their chips and do tricks.
If you cant do them, do it while you're watching tv, thats how I learned to shuffle them and do the twirl... and also... the twirl is easier than people think... its all about gripping the two chips on the outside with your index finger and your thumb... then all you do is roll the middle chip out with your ring finger while keeping it stable against your index finger... spin it with your middle finger and return... not that hard
