New Bodog Handgrabber

For those using Poker Tracker there is a new handgrabber out for getting your bodog hands into PT. It's made by IdleMiner Welcome to the home of IdleMiner! | Poker Hand History Data Miner for Party, Absolute, Full Tilt, OnGame, Bodog and Pacific! and the cost is $50. There is a free trial the will work for 1000 hands.

I just downloaded the trial today and used it to grab ~200 hands tonight from 3 tables (I used it for cash games only but it supposed to work for tourneys as well) and it worked great, didn't miss any hands, and didn't slow down my PC or stop working. For those who had used the Dogwatch grabber in the past (before it stopped working) this thing works 1000% better.

Yikes...$50 is a bit steep, IMO. I know it serves a specific purpose here, but it's tough to justify that cost in my mind. You'd really have to play a fair bit at bodog to make it worth while.

Does it take old hand history files in any way or just new hands going forward?

Just new hands going forward. I agree the price is on the high side but using PT and PAHud on Bodog is a huge advantage because 99% of the players there are not. I think the previous handgrabber (Dogwatch) was similarly priced but I can't remember exactly.

You need the hand grabber for BODOG. If you play at Stars, FT, UB and others, then no.

Bodog doesn't provide a way to save your HH, so you need another program to do it. PT is NOT free. The current beta version is but after it goes final the beta will only work for 30 more days. PT is $55.
