This guy was just hilarious. Sad part is he was being serious and not joking. OK, maybe that's not sad, that might have made this a bit more hilarious.

I really just replied nice to know, to one of his comments, and then he begins to complain to me that "I'm mean."

bupepe said: i still consider it ironic
hott_estelle: nice to know
bupepe: u are mean
hott_estelle: lol
Dealer: Game #10588243318: Lailande wins pot (525)
hott_estelle: not really, how is what i said mean in anyway?
bupepe: u keep saying that and proceed to taunt me
hott_estelle: when have i taunted u?
Dealer: Game #10588254958: Lailande wins pot (525)
hott_estelle: i dont taunt people
hott_estelle: online or live, lol

Dealer: Game #10588275271: donlaw111 wins pot (300)
bupepe: in every response u give me... dripping with sarcasm
bupepe: it hurts me
hott_estelle: omg

This continues, I asked him if he was serious, and he absolutely is. He goes on about this for a long time saying how I am taunting him. I said two things to this guy that he thought were taunts, "nice to know" and "i don't think that's the definition of irony," sent him over the edge.

I've had people at times take something I say sarcastically to be serious, but never had something taken sarcastically when I was being genuine. Weird guy. I could tell through the chatting that proceeded, that he wasn't just joking, he literally wanted me to say sorry to him for saying "nice to know," I obv didn't apologize, but I couldn't help find this amusing. He didn't stop complaining until he busted.

You're watching my SnG table? Random coincidence?

Anyways, I think he was being pretty genuine. I can normally tell when people are joking and when people are being serious. Did you see the chat that followed after what i posted above? I think from that I could tell he was being serious.

Not random, just searched if you and a few others were on, saw you playing decided to watch (never seen you play before).

I mean, why would I go to randomly watch tables any way (unless I knew someone playing at them)?

Well he was shortstacked a bit, didn't have too much of a choice.

I had A9 that hand.

Well, the guy hit a J so your A9 wasn't good and he wasn't THAT short stacked (around 10 BB)....he went out nicely with the other person hitting that river straight :p

The guy had 1200 chips to start hand, blinds were 100/200 ante 25. He was definitely shortstacked enough to have to make that call, especially after initially min-raising UTG. Call was his best option.

I got pushed all-in, put him on AK-AJ type of hand, so I eventually called. I was right he had AJ, I had 33, I was slight favorite, but basically a coinflip.

Have lost about 6 coinflips ina row and counting now, so you know what happened. He flops J and that's what happened.

Final table, Blinds 200/400 ante 50, I had about 3200 stack, like everyone else in an SnG late unless you're the overwhelming big stack you have to make moves and take coinflips at times. Just have to get it to work out for me, and well it didn't that time. No big deal, I'll get the next one. Just a part of poker.
