:joyman: I have downloaded HEM trial version and though it says it is the full version free for15 days I cant seem to find a read me file or help menu.
I cant get it to track or graph or any damn thing. I have been trying to do the 0 - 10,000 like C.F.starting with freerolls and havent had much luck.
For a couple of reasons 1:My bad run that caused me to get to 0 in the first place is not over:( 2:They r freerolls and it is very hard to win in the first place so gl to me:D 3:I have started a new job and dont have the time I had a weeek ago:rolleyes: The new job is great because it is 3 12 hr shifts and leaves me 4 days to work on my new challenge, but I need a way to track it and post it on here so my online family here can congat., laugh, and give me a hard time, or whatever. Can anyone give me a hand with this please?

I was begining to think for the first time no one was goin to give me a hand. So thank you very much, and yes it did help I just need to figure out how to run my graphs to track me cause it isnt trackin anything but I'm sure I will find it on that link. As soon as I do i am gon to post a thread on my 0 - 10,000 on 4 days a week plan and see how it goes over here. Thanks again.

No problem, good luck with it. I have not used Hold'Em Manager for quite a long time as I have mainly switched to PokerTracker3 so I don't know everything off the top of my head, but might be able to help you out with the basics.

Should I invest in PT3 instead? And if not then could u give me a hand with the set up because I just dont understand how this works? I dont know if something is missing or what. How long do I have to play to geta graph goin and stuff like that. Wil it not track who ever is at my table or must I enter particular names in order to track?

That link was exactly what I was lookin for GunslingerZ. Thank you both for ur help, that should do it. Now al i have to do is win the CC FR tonight and it will b on. My next question about HEM is does it track tourneys or ring games only. It told me to play a few rounds at a cash table to insure it was importing correctly. So doeas that mean that it will not track my FRs, SnGs, ect?

It tracks tourneys as well. There should be a tab up on the top that you can click. If it is not there, then the tourney stats might not be in the trial version, I have seen that with other programs before.

That really comes down to personal preference. I personally like PT3 a lot more than HEM, but I am not really sure why, I just got a better feel for PT3 I think.

The one thing that I can think of off hand that HEM has better than PT3 is the HUD, but that really doesn't matter to me too much, because I use it more for analyzing my game afterwards than during the game(I do still use it, just don't really pay too much attention to it).

There are some threads on CC that have arguments about the pros and cons of each program, but I think the best way would be to try them both out and see for yourself which one you like best.

Good luck with that, like I said that would really be the only way to tell which one is best for you. They are both very good programs. I heard somewhere that there is another similar program coming out this Spring/Summer, but I can't remember what it was called.
