Actually there is a big difference between no limit, & limit, they are completely different games.. There is some difference between no limit and pot limit. Since you are use to No Limit I would suggest Pot-limit.. But understand there are some tactics that are different.
Of course Pot Limit would be bigger..

I would tell you to do neither of those games. I would tell you to start and try to look at pot limit omaha. Its a great game, lots of fun, lots of action. It will make you think about your hand and I think it allows you to go back to nlhe and really have a different concept of how to play that may work for you. It worked really good for me.

First time I ever played live in a casino a friend recommended that I played $2/$4 limit holdem,so that I could play longer and not have the risk of losing my money fast. The problem was...I was a no limit holdem player.I saved money playing @ $2/$4 limit by just breaking even or busting out.But it felt like driving a car with the emergency break on.So if I had to play limit it would be pot limit. I also would try PLO, because I like Omaha 2nd best to holdem.

If you don't like bad beats in NL, you are going to hate Limit Hold 'em. It's extremely difficult to knock someone off their hand when you are ahead on the flop and turn...they are getting the right odds to call more frequently. Given that, you get drawn out on more often.

Yep, I agree with some of the other comments. I would suggest PLO rather than pot limit holdem. On William Hills where I play it is almost impossible to get a pot limit holdem game running. I believe there are still many players who play live plh in Northern England, but as far as online play goes you may struggle to find a game.
Limit Holdem is a fun game to play, but brush up on the maths skills and if you are playing short handed be prepared to have you head explode. Open up a table on stars and watch for a while. Almost all hands are played to the showdown.
