I just registered for this so that I can deposit and play on Full Tilt. Does anyone have any experience with this payment processor? Are they speedy? What is the turnaround on initial deposit?

Thanks.

MyWebATM...it's getting better

I am learning MyWebATM as I go. Originally I signed up on Feb 5th and just got my card in the mail on Feb 26th. There do seem to be a lot of fees. There is a $10 fee for the card, a $2.?? fee for depositing money into MyWebATM from a bank, a $4 fee for depositing money from MyWebATM into checking, a possible monthly fee, a fee for ATM transactions, plus more. There also seems to be a cultural gap where I was misunderstanding about how to work things on the site and misunderstanding emails from the support staff. For example, to me one area read "Funding, Checking" or something like that...in my mind that meant that I could send money to my checking account but really it meant the money would be taken out of my checking account and put into MyWebATM account. That was a $200 surprise. Also, there is no phone number to call, it's all email and the email is always from Agent 10...no name.

That's the bad, now the GOOD...and there is a lot of good. Agent 10 always responds promptly...not always clearly but it's within a few hours. On Sunday night I deposited money from Full Tilt into MyWebATM...it was there Monday morning. I then told MyWebATM to deposit money into my checking account. It was there the next morning (Tues). That was worth $4 and as fast as neteller. Another thing....there is a monthly fee of $3.95 IF you carry a balance. If you don't have any money in your MyWebATM account, you are not charged a fee. Also, there is a $25 fee for closing your account BUT if you don't carry a balance and just let your account expire, you are not charged anything. As I learn more, I'll post it here. 2 weeks ago I wouldn't have said this but today I am liking MyWebATM.

I posted about this in another thread - search webatm and read it. They credited me the $9.95 charge - said we should not be charged that fee.

Cool - you should see the credit within a few days. But remember not to leave a balance on your card - or you will get charged the 3.95 monthly fee.

Be wary of MyWebATM

Hello all, pass the information from this around to your friends. What follows is a personal experience with mywebatm which has ceased to be a viable electronic transfer agent for fulltilt. I was recently informed by a disrespectful customer service department that although stated in mywebatm's "schedule of fees" that there is no monthly charge for retaining a zero balance at the end of the month they still will charge the $3.95 fee regardless. Apparently there is another fine print which states that there will be a monthly fee regardless although I have yet to find it on their webpage, in other words they made it up. It clearly states in the schedule of fees

"Monthly fees are collected on the first day of every month. This fee applies to liquidating your account and mailing you a check for any remaining balance. Note that there is no fee for keeping your MyWebATM account open with a zero balance."

Be weary of this company, their customer service was both rude and disrespectful to me their customer for 6 months. After all they are based in Panama and subject to the jurisdiction of the all powerful Panamanian court system which we all know is quite reliable, sarcasm, after all we all know the only product with which they understand. I am not one to usually do this but I was disconnected three times before they finally allowed me to speak with an agent. I then closed the account immediately and will never do business with them again. Just a heads up to all you out there who are just trying to play some poker. Thanks for listening.

I have had Mywebatm for a few months now. Everything seems to be speedy. I don't see the fee's being any worse than any other method - neteller/EPP. I always try and make all my ATM withdrawals at the max limit each time so the fee charged doesn't seem so bad.
