What is the best set up for this? Tiling, Cascading or are there special ways you can layout your tables? I usually play 5 tables at a time and have 4 tables tiled and one table full tabled.

how big is your monitor? I'm running dual 22" wide and am seriously thinking about upgrading to a bigger one lol.

personally I tried cascading tables and just couldn't do it..drove me nuts

I have to have things where i can see all of them at once personally although with practice I might could get away from that.

I'm running anywhere from 6-12 tables at a time typically myself. and I tile them.

I also have this weird little mental thing where I need them to be symmetrical... having 8 tables open drives me nuts because there's one missing somewhere! 9 is fine though. that's probably just me.

curious what others (esp you zach) do with this!

I have a single 19" and have 6 tiled, works good for me. I don't like tables popping up over each other, but its what YOU are comfortable with.

I have a 19" widescreen and can tile 12 fine (although there is some overlap), wont let me tile anymore so if I want to play 13 or 14 tables I just have to keep 1 or 2 minimized and they pop up whenever I have a hand. I dont know how anyone cascades tables, Ive tried it b4, its just madness imo.

It's simply just personal preference, they all have their advantages and disadvantages. I prefer to tile them so I can see what is going on with all of my tables. I have a 22" widescreen and can tile 15 with some overlap. I could probably do 18 if I wanted but thats a little much for me.

I play on my 17" laptop. Tiling is pretty obsolete for me nowadays. I either cascade or stack depending on how I feel. When I was 20+ tabling I found 2x stacks worked best.

I have since gone back to 9-12 tabling 6max again, so I have 4x stacks, which is like having 4 tables tiled with overlap.

Practice and find which you like best.

I'd love to see a vid, Jags, or anyone, especially those who cascade.

Even if you don't talk ('cause that'll slow you down), just to watch the speed of the action for 15 mins.

I find 4 tabling on my 17 inch as much as I can handle lol. I tile fine, but with no overlap the windows are as small as I would like.

LOL ok, this sounds like fun, I'll try to 24 table cascading 50nl sometime next week.

Don't expect miraculous commentary though :D.

Is there a trick to logging into multiple tables at once? It seems like a pain trying to open/sit/buy-in to multiple tables while having other tables pop over. I don't see how y'all get 10+ one at all.

I think you don't need to comment at all if it slows you down. Just seeing this in action would be awesome cause I always have a hard time imagining how to handle this many tables :D

Cascading two dozen tables would probably put me on life tilt btw. :D

I only play 8 tables but I choose to cascade as well. Everything is just too damn small when tiled on my 17" laptop screen.

Yeah, commentary isn't necessary, we'll just watch the mouse pointer.

For me I've played up to 6 but those are tiled, so I like to just watch the action with 24 cascaded.

All will be revealed, ahk scripts for automating multi tabling etc etc :D.

I'll try to sort something out soon. Never recorded a session before, so does anyone know of free video recording software available that will do a comparable job to Camtasia anyone?

This is free and seems to work OK, although I've never tested it with 24 tables :D

I think there's also a trial version of Camtasia. It'll have a watermark somewhere in the corner, but I guess it would do.
