Tilt is a good series, very entertaining. Rounders is obviously a classic poker movie as well. But these are both for entertainment purposes only, you wont learn anything about poker, at least nothing meaningful to apply towards the tables.

There are all kinds of online training videos, just check youtube or google. These will actually teach you something.

Poker movies are a great way to end the 'bad day' not to mention the good guy always wins!

I saw a couple recently for free online. I'll get back to you with the titles.

I love poker films ... have several that can be cited , but I'll try to talk about the staff still did not speak !!!
Has the classic 007 Casino Royale , Kaleidoscope (1966 ) , 5 Card Stud (1968 ) , A Big Hand for the Little Lady ( 1966) , The Cincinnati Kid (1965 ), among others , I especially love movies about casino in general! !! If you are interested in having fun with casino movies, I recommend the Ocean's Eleven trilogy.

Can't believe no one mentioned "Rounders". Pretty much one of the most famous poker films. Stars Matt Damon. But most poker films are merely entertainment. If you want to learn and see how people play. You can go on Youtube and google "Poker on Air". It has semi amateurs playing 1-2 poker. Then you can see the different personalities and play at the beginner to intermediate levels.

these are some good stuff to watch, but a good documentary about any tournament, with coments about some hands, I didn't see yet. Only entertainment.

Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels is my favourite, but "Deal" is really cool too.

I love a good poker movie.. I think they have covered some o f the best ones to watch in the thread already. I find when I am watching I can feel the rush from the hype in the movie.
Vanessa Rousso is on big brother this season and its kind of fun seeing a poker player playing a different kind of game.

You can find some good poker documentaries on YouTube. "The Rise and Fall of Stu Unger" is one of my favorites.
