ok im not here to complain but, i get really far in these freerolls and what happens i get fed KK,AA,QQ,or AK and get beast by the dumbest cards ever.

so i decided to just play in limit games like horse or razz,i rank fairly good in limit games. i still will play in private tourneys. just kinda sucks having to fold good hands like these because of the losing record with them.

When you say "fold good hands like these" do you mean that you are folding aces or kings preflop? Also when you play in a public freeroll for hours your bound to get sucked on on it is normal.

Bad beats happen,,,,all a player can do is have the best hand going in,,,and hope it holds up,,,I know for me, sometimes it seems that they never hold up.....even limit you are going to have idiots chasing and hitting...

You want bad players to call you with 'the dumbest cards ever' because then you are ahead and will win the majority of times. That is how we make a profit in poker. Also don't forget that premium starting cards are supposed to get cracked some of the time. AA vs 7-2 off suit all in pre flop, the aces are supposed to lose 12.5% of the time. Also, your wins and losses won't distribute evenly. You could get it in a huge favorite and lose ten times in a row. It doesn't mean the cards are rigged or anything. It just means that it takes a very large sample size for the numbers to start to even out.

In reality it probably takes a million hands or more, but realistically you would want at least to see several thousand hands to start to see plausible numbers. I promise you: AA, KK, QQ, and AK will be showing most of your profit. Your "job" in poker is to make correct decisions. Time and probability will take care of the rest.
