when we see big names in poker playing bigstacks, imagine how they manage to play so high values and relax
analyzing all this, in your opinion, who is the richest of them all, who made more money during his career, and knew how to inject, and not put into play again to end up losing.
here I ask not who is the best poker player, but the most lucravel, the most intelligent, because knowing how to apply the money earned games, this to me is not a player, is a genius.
in your opinion this player are:

- Phil Hellmuth
-Erik Seidel
-Antonio Esfandiari
-Daniel Negreanu
-Sam Trickett

In my opinion Phil Hellmuth , Antonio Esfandiari , Daniel Negreanu and Isaac Haxton are and were the most profitable to date in the world of poker. A pity Isaac Haxton has left the pokerstars team. But Pokerstars has not complied with the combined , was a major player in the room.

I think people like Negreanu, Ivey, Ferguson, and Cunningham in terms of winning a lot and staying relaxed with so much on the line. Esp Negreanu and Ivey.

Sure Helmuth is a poker great but I don't know if he would be considered a "relaxed" player , he's like Matusow, skilled but not relaxed.

And give credit to people like Durrrr who seemingly play with such disregard to the massive amount of money on the table and just roll with it.

Ive never been impressed with Seidel.

Phil Helmuth is best at tournaments and I dont consider Phil to be a good poker player because he is a bad loser and a bad winner...but he does play poker good....I know that sounds like a contradiction, but for me to consider someone a all around good poker player, they need to know how to behave when they are losing and winning. Phil IMHO, is bad for the poker scene . Its no fun to sit at a table with someone like Phil, for days on end and have to hear his bullcrap .

Durr ,seems to operate on the idea that he can play many more hands then the other players at a table and win, because of his willingness to bluff constnatly and apply pressure, and it evidently works in NL hold em. I doubt that strategy would work well in omaha hi ---omaha hi -lo .

I would not consider Phil a poker great....I give him credit for discipline and being a solid winning tourney player ...but supposedly in live games, hes not near the top of the list, and his awful attitude when he loses and wins, lowers my respect for him. He truly is a child at the table.

Besides, I think there are dozens of players that would beat Helmuth in NL hold em live games, over the long term.

Greenstein, Ivey. Remember the High Stakes poker show with the welcome back Cotter guy? Entertaining!

No one knows how many million high stakes cash players have won over many years - Sam Farha, Patrik Antonius, Doyle Brunson, Tom "durrrr" Dwan, Alec Torelli, John Juanda, Johnny Chan, Tom Hall, Paul Phua, Richard Yong ..

Phillip Gruissem is quickly becoming a high stakes force. This guy is taking down first in many tournaments and easily becoming the best we've seen out of germany in some time.

the question is:

which of these five that are on the list is the most profitable
you must choose one of these five.

- Phil Hellmuth
-Erik Seidel
-Antonio Esfandiari
-Daniel Negreanu
-Sam Trickett

I BELIEVE TO BE

-Antonio Esfandiari

If I had to stake one in a tourney Id choose Helmuth hands down, especially if a NLH tourney. He has won more tournaments than most, its just that the ones the others played had a higher average payout, which to me doesnt matter, Phil has won the most often!

Cash games, none of them.

They didnt always play so smooth at this level. Read a great book called The Professor, The Banker, and the Suicide King. Shows how the original Moneymaker boom pros got such huge bankrolls..fun story

Keep in mind that of his $26.7m in tournament cashes to date, $18.3m of that is from a single win (the original Big One for One Drop). He's on record saying that he was staked in that tournament and he only kept a portion of the winnings.

I would choose Negreanu. I think I would be that relaxed too if someone paid for my every tourney and let me keep the winnings. If you have a sponsor, you are not footing the bill, which makes life tons easier, hence relaxed.

I really don't know who would be, but if I had to take a shot, I would say Erik Seidel, just look at the guy, he knows how to save money, and how to win more, he's old but still beat the new guys, such a legend .. lol.
