Hi, you guys think you will play more live poker in casinos/home games after the online poker site closures for US players?
Well yeah, what choice do we have? I've played about 9 times since BF. That's probably as much live poker as i've played in the last 6 years combined.
I personally prefer live play over internet. Its more exciting, you can feel the cards, I enjoy reaching for real chips and being able to get good reads on opponents, not to mention the good lookin drink servers . I believe that its easier to keep my head in the game and tilt less often while Im sitting at an actual table.
I wouldn't risk too much at any of the on-line sites. It may be just a matter of time before the other shoe falls and I doubt any of them will pay out the way poker stars did. From what I hear it's a nightmare trying to get paid at Cake right now. Something like a 12 week wait and a $500 minimum withdrawal.ye i understand.but ive heard in the us other sites are still accepting amercican players, why not use those sites?
