Your mind is the most important cornerstone of your poker game, it will you make right decisions in game and out of it. Your mind is manager of your skill and your bankroll. So avoid negative feelings and prize yourself with positive feelings.
Let's make an exercise: Tell us a hand you have played and how your decision was afected by your mental status, It can be a bad or a good experience.

Oh, if everything was decided in poker at the expense of the mind. However, everything is not so simple. One positive thing is not to win the tournament. Other aspects, such as luck, flair, ability to read the opponent's cards, too, greatly affect the result.
But thanks anyway. :)

to be able to make accurate and consistent decisions, you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle, sleep in normal parameters, that is, at least 6 hours, healthy eating and a more active sex life, because we all know that abstinence makes you embarrass do not think about it. By the way, maybe he has done his Jaime Staples girlfriend :))) GL

Mindset coaches are becoming more and more popular all the time because people are starting to see the correlation. It’s huge in sports and has slowly been coming in to poker. Definitely a big part of your game.

The worst thing is tilt, that's when you start to play hands you should not. After 5 straight river beats, you start to think hey why can't I play like garbage and catch some cards too.

You won't.

Best to play poker with a fresh mind. Soon as you realize you are letting emotions dictate your play, quit.

Recently playing zoom poker I had pocket aces. Reraised preflop. Called my bets all the way down to the river where he hit a gutshot straight. After losing the hand I focused on what to do next time not to have my As cracked. I'm changing from a tilt mindset to a learning mindset in my later poker years

two hands i'll always remember one online and one live both with AA

online hand was when I was a newbie player way back in 2012 just starting out on sky poker and trying to learn skills I tried to be trappy with the aces and limped in with them but didn't get a raise and mathematics took over when 3 other people called and one caught two pair over me. now I never limp with aces unless I am heads up then its always a possibility.

then at my local casino came what I feel is a bad beat and a half and it did mess with my head for a few days after so much so that I was tilting online without even realising it

I had AA and shoved pre with about 18 BB got called by someone with 77 the flop came out A97 turn was a 2 and river was a 7.

I almost headbutted the table in the casino because I just couldn't believe it but it does happen sometimes and you have to be able to accept these hands and just move on to the next one
