To tell you the truth, on other occasions I have approached this day as "go big or go home" and I have bought everything and I have reentries in everything looking for glory.

And many times what I have created on a day like this is losing what I had gained during the series or simply generating the biggest loss of the entire period.

Also, on this day, in the past I have felt frustrated, nervous and desperate to win and tilt. Today I come to this day with another attitude.

My intention is to create a new experience on this day. I will do what is necessary to regulate my emotions before, during and after my session.

I want to feel present, focused and calm. Immersed in making good decisions and knowing that I win or lose I will be fine.

Trusting in me, in my game and in respecting all the tournaments that I play. Trusting that what falls will fall. Glory matters to me, but it doesn't dominate me.

I've just come across the song by American Authors: Title 'Go Big or Go Home' (Album What We Live For). It's a bit weird, when you try to play a mental game with your own brain and you discover something new each time you ask yourself the same question about motivation and the persistence with which you can make yourself play.
