I've been reading forums, and people say that 25 outs is the maximum number of outs on the turn. I believe I've found a scenario where there are 26, but I could be wrong and be double counting one card since this older thread - https://www.cardschat.com/forum/general-poker-13/25-outs-most-possible-outs-according-201109/ - says the maximum is 25 (I didn't want to necro-post on that thread, hence started a new one). Please find an error in my counting (if you can).

Hole Cards: JsTs vs 2h2d -> Flop: 9s8s5c -> Turn: 5h

Outs are highlighted in green

KKKK - Makes the flush (1 out)
QQQQ - Makes the nut straight or straight flush (4 outs)
J J J J - Better Two Pair JJ55 vs 5522 - (3 outs)
T T T T - Better Two Pair TT55 vs 5522 - (3 outs)
9 9 9 9 - Counterfeits the 2s, wins with Jack Kicker - (3 outs)

6 6 6 6 - Makes the flush (1 out)
5 5 5 5 - Makes the flush (1 out)
4 4 4 4 - Makes the flush (1 out)
3 3 3 3 - Makes the flush (1 out)
2 2 2 2 - Makes the flush, but opponent makes the boat 22255 (0 outs)

for a grand total of 26 outs? Where am I wrong here? Am I right?

Sheesh

I forgot that the 5s gives the opponent a boat also 55522. Like one minute after posting the thread.
