Lost a HH due to FT disconnect how can I get it back?

Hi Guys I have the hand number 6890201401 is there anyway I can track it down? Was an important hand and Id like it back!

It should be saved on there but Ive looked in my HH folder and its not there Ill email support see if they can help, thanks

They got it to me so imported it into PT sweet, though they said my email address is slightly different and that I should change it, even though Gmail and googlemail are the same ~.~ Done to keep em happy though
