I'm currently only a member at Party and I was kicking around joining another site. The 2 I've narrowed it down to are Pacific because there are alot of smaller seated tourneys (Party's tourney's are huge and I'm tired of wading through 2500 people to place 100th and make $2.00) and because it seems like it might be a good place to make a buck. The other one is Titan because the signup bonus is good and it seems a lot of you play there. Any suggestions?

Pacific has a lot of newbies with free sign up bonuses willing to risk it all on nothing. If you're looking for good players and to actually learn something I would say Titan, although I've never played in Titan because of the University firewall...I'm sure it's better than Pacific because there are the same couple hundred players lurking for hours at the same tables day after day.

Well it wouldnt hurt to get Titan to play the CC events there. The only other place I have money is pokerstars, it is very good unless you like freerolls. Their freerolls are only to get into a money event.

I'd say Titan, most players here have had really good experiences there. I'm a big hater of Pacific as are quite a few members over here, they've screwed me over in the past and I'd never promote them again.

If you want to go for Titan, don't forget to use the CC link in the bonuses section.

Thanks guys - Titan it is. I used the link - that's a sweet deposit bonus.

Of the two, Titan for sure.
Pacific is one of the garbage sites IMO; like nick said, they have screwed him over numerous times.
Anyways i say titan because the play is pretty profitable there, and plus we host all our CC events there which are alot of fun and very challenging.

Edit: posted a little late

Oh if you're a decent ring game player then I believe Full Tilt also comes highly recommended. Haven't heard any complaints about that site whatsoever. That's my personal site of preference (although their tournament lobby isn't so great).

My opinion

I tried Pacific recently and I was not very impressed.

The same week I also signed up at Full Tilt. I really

enjoyed playing there. Since I have been playing online

(a few months or so) Full Tilt seems the most honest

from the ones I tried. I have heard excellant things

at Titan & Noble but havent tried them out yet.

I like the SNG's and tourneys - dont know why, maybe it's just the 'all or nothing' thrill - with just $6.00!:D

The jackpot SNGs at Titan look pretty cool. Not that I've ever won 4 in a row at anytime on Party, but I did have a string of 6 in a row yesterday where I placed first or second.

Well, i have played at over a dozen site's, and my personnel advice is stay AWAY from pacific. I lost more $$ getting cut off from their connec. than anyother site, and although it may be different now, there was no disconn. prot. there at the time. I have been playing at royal vegas poker lately. ( It helped to get a couple hundred free bucks from their College Poker Championship III) Not as many players as PP, and in the $20 and up trny buy ins, ESPECIALLY the Expert series on Wed., the play can be phenomenal. (only 13 players KO'd in the first hour in the Expert series last week.)
Although i am not a fan of rebuys, i have honed my game to stick the first hour out and let people go crazy dumping their $$ in on hopes to dble and triple up. After the first hour the trny's really begin, and for the buy ins, they have good Garaunteed Trny's.

I just want to put in my 2 cents. I recently left party poker for Titan and I have to say I"m so much happier for it!!! There are so many micro tables available that you can your game w/o feeling like your stack is on the line every hand. FYI, getting the full bonus on Titan is very difficult to do. I started a thread called Titan Points. See if you can find it and take a read. It should help give you a realistic perspective on how much of that 100% bonus you can expect to see!!

Very interesting thread medeiros13. I dont know how much I'll plug out of them in the end, but I'll give it a shot. I'm more interested in building my bankroll the old-fashioned way anyway.:D

The bonus on Full Tilt is a lot easier to get out than on Titan, but their rake is fairly high.

The customer service on Titan is nothing short of top notch. My brother in law got a $20 instant bonus added to his account because he had some difficulty depositing, plus the response time on the support was impressive.

Those are the only 2 sites I have any experience on.

Titan has been good to me so far - I'm hitting the money 70% of the time in the SNGs. Then again, I was on quite the roll on Party, but this gives me another option when the cards stop liking me.
