make sure you get Kems from US Playing Card Co., they bought Kem, and stand by the guarantee. I got some Kems that are older (?) from kem.com, that were easily torn (the more expensive 'professional' decks), and it was a pain in the ass to get them replaced.
With US Playing Card you can sent the damaged card with the ace of spades and they will send you AN ENTIRELY NEW DECK. With the other company (?) they attempt to replace the card, but I went through several mailings before I got a matching cut/back color.
