Does anyone know of a program out there for multitablers that would do the follow: You'd have you're tables tiled in position, the software would l pop up and enlarge the active table to a nice normal-ish size when you needed to act, and then reduce it once you've acted to it's tiled size & position. That way you could still see the overview of the tables & watch the action unfold after you've folded (though perhaps a bit smaller than ideal) or see it coming before it's your turn.

I've got a 20" screen that would make it possible to do this comfortably w/ about 6 tables -- which is more than fine w/ me at my skill level for now.

Does anyone out there know of a program that does what I described above? I've tried Ninja Table, Full Tilt Planner (an AHK script), and Place Mint ... but to no avail. Thanks.

You should suggest it to the Table Ninja people. Or maybe another developer could make a new program that would be popular if other people like your idea.

Personally, I like to have all the tables large size and stack them directly on top of each other. I love not having to see what happens after I've made my decisions. I can do that later on with my database replay anyway. I believe not seeing some of the bad beats that can happen helps keep you off tilt. You also have a lot more time to concentrate on the decision at hand rather than trying to follow too many things at once.

I can do 20+ tables this way with plenty of room for HUD stats and no eyestrain.

I dont think there is a program out there that does that AFAIK , but it's definitely a good concept, maybe in the future someone will develop something like this.

Actually, I just played around with Poker Shortcuts (it's previous incarnation was was Full Tilt Shortcuts I believe, but it works with Stars as well). It looks like it's supposed to do that, but it just isn't working. There's a thread at 2+2 but no resolution yet. Arrrg.

Interesting approach. I guess since I don't play that many tables at once (yet) I like seeing the action ahead of me and being able to anticipate it. When I'm multi'ing 4 tables, I'm often not involved with more than one or two hands at a time.

Any thoughts on Poker Shortcuts anyone? www.windyhilltech.com

That is a great idea. If you find anything that works post it because I would definately like something like that.
