Live vs Online Torunaments
Which you find more profitable to play?

You prefer more volume or just single tabling live poker and getting more reads and softer competition overall.
I havent cashed any live MTT yet as I'am just getting confidence there.
I'am looking to play some majors 215£+ soon which have 45-60mins blinds for best comfortable play. Firstly followed by 55£ mini major so I can be more confident. I will try to get tips from harrington on tournaments as its writen for live poker so I dont make some bad mistakes.

Let me know how you live poker goes on and any tips appreciated like what you eat, drink and keep motivated on long grind.

3 tourneys coming up this month so will find out how my concentration is working out - most of the locals don't do any study so, in general, I have an advantage - but proving it is another thing.

Imo it's slow vs fast. Don't get me wrong live is fun and feels more intense, but the game play is so slow.

I prefer to play live, but with my income and the buyins online will always be where I'll put the most time in.

Live Play

Live play will always be the preferred. sure you can see more hands online, but live is real and I think requires more skill because there's the physical aspect of reading your opponent and having to control your emotions upfront

live play is without a doubt more fun. as for more profitable, I don't know. it would depend if you can read tells and also not give away tells.

Actually I've never played live poker,he's prohibited by law, only online games ,but I really want to go to a live poker tournament,I am sure that there are many different people and each needs its own approach to understand it that this I'll be getting ready not want to show himself as a weak player ,and I advise you to watch videos about online poker and live poker and understand everything yourself )good luck

just watching how a person moves his cards + chips in a live tourney can give you lots of info . inexperienced live players stick out clearly . they forget( or are slow) to post blinds and antes , act out of turn , put in wrong amounts when calling , make string bets when trying to raise, don't return their cards to the muck after winning etc etc . then they get nervous after making those missteps or other minor rules violations .

I think both types take a different approach, with online play, you can't get physical reads, but you can take note of bet sizing, how often they cbet, what they will limp with, how they play the button. And with live play you can do all that too but with the added use of conversation and physical tells, you can get clear reads, its fun to see the small things people do that they don't realize they're doing
