Someone staked me in live poker, that was Omaha tournament. I got a hand wrap around or heavy draws on the flop, before the dealer open the turn and river I call my staker and told him see what I got on this hand can't fold with 4 handed very big pot with wrap around draws A high flush and open ended. I did not hit my draw and my Staker saw that I am bust out and suddenly walked away from the table the buy-in is $20 and the rebuy is $10 he knows it is a rebuy tournament no re-entries so understood he will not gonna rebuy me.

Then someone in the table who wants me to stay in the table in short other guy want to rebuy and stake me for $10. Then I'm back to the game on the first hand after rebuy got 2 Aces with my four hole cards I raise the pot preflop then got 5 callers then I hit Ace on the flop, there is flush draw on the flop and straight draw so I go all-in to avoid draws with 5 handed.

They thought I'm just tilt so everyone calls my shove then I made full house on the river the starting stack is 10k and made it to 60k stack in one hand..I play more hands that time almost every hand and I bust more players which made my stack 140k absolutely I'm a chip leader level 5. Then I approach my staker (1st staker spend my 1st buy-in $20) and told him don't worry I will give you back your $20 and you got 10% still if I reach ITM or 10% of my winnings, but he refused my offer and he mad at me and said it's not fair. What supposed to do with the situation? Need advice..

It sounds like your first staker was a teenager! I just can't picture a well rounded adult getting their panties in such a twist over $20. You also offered and he refused so you don't need to do anything more in this situation. My advice: tell him/her to grow up.

He staked you $20 and you lost. He wouldn't provide you with a rebuy so it is his problem, you don't even owe him 10% to be fair so it's his choice if he wants to refuse it.

From what you have written it doesn't even sound like he is in a financial position to be staking people anyway if he is going to be moaning over $20.

Sounds like a moany little kid claiming it's not fair. I'd just give his $20 back and that's it. Wouldn't even engage in conversation.

His words of mouth is always I cannot play in the tournament if he don't stake me $20 and telling to the people in a poker area including my friends, sounds like I'm not so fair to him.He also said I don't make a declaration to him that I'm out in the first buy-in.
In my own, why I need to declare to him??? Firstly, before the dealer open the turn and river I call him and saw everything that I didn't hit my wrap around draws and he saw what I have in my hand(monster draws) with big big pot..The dealer ask me if I want to rebuy and he's still there and hear it but he suddenly walked so I concluded he will not gonna rebuy me.
