Okay, I play poker every week with some friends at someones house (varies). One of the players cheats incredibly badddd. He deals out the cards, looks up at the player to make sure they are looking at their hands, looks at his cards, and pulls the deck under the table and rigs it. Amazingly, only one other person saw it and everytime he dealt, he would give himself a fullhouse, or a flush, or a straight. I went upstairs with the other player, and we decided if we should call it on him, but he was our friend and we thought it would embaress him. Anyways, later on I figured out how I beat a full house with a higher full house. The cheater had A 7, and I had A 8. I went all in because I was running low on chips and of course he called. The flop came 7 8 9. I bet you can guess what the last two cards were, yeah AA. It was funny after I thought about it, because he screwed himself trying to cheat. We eventually came to the final 2 players (me and him) and a different all time dealer. I took him out quick:cool:

Yeah, the next day we played without him and one of the players called him on the phone asking him if he cheated. He said no which is a bunch of bs. We should have not told him about it and next time have a hidden camera running, that way when he denies it, we can just put the tape in a let her roll:cool:

My thoughts on this (even though cheating is the worste thing you can do) is:If he continually loses in the long run even though he cheats don't say anything and take his money over time. If he consistantly wins let everyone know and kick him out of the game.

You play poker to win money not every hand. Always let a player in the game that loses consistantly if he cheats. If you get his money in the end its all worth it.

Oh serves him right too.:D

If you are playing the games for real money, I would definitely call him on it. Cheating your friends isn't right in any instance, but when you have money on the line, you might as well be stealing from your friends.

If it's just a friendly game, then like the previous post said, it would be fun to beat him at his own tricks.

What a low act!
Does he take off with your plasma TV too at the end of the night?
Introduce him to your two best friends...Smith and Wesson.

your story makes no sense at all. If you went all-in and he called you.
Your cards should have been flopped over.... if thats the case, he should see you have an ace as well. If he was cheating, why would he rig it to land A-A at the end. Also, if he was rigging it, why would u have gone up against him?

if your so sure he's going to win everytime he deals, all you and your other friends have to do is fold when he deals. And every other time, when somebody else deals, take him on. If your friends lost to him knowing he rigged it, they are insanely stupid, and he deserves to beat them.

but in the end, you just seem to be full of s*it. I find your story highly unlikely. People dont just give away free money. Embarassed to call him on it? But ok for your other friends to lose money to him? Gimme a break

Seriously people who I play with would beat the crap out of any cheaters. Of course we have a dealer who does not play so that could not really happen.

Is this a game played by BLIND people. How can he believe that EVERYONE does not see him manipulating the cards under the table?!

We caught a friend in college dealing from the bottom of the deck. NEVER played with him again (and we almost killed him!)

i dont think the cheater knew he had given anybody else high then an A/7. so he probably figured that his A/7 was good. all he had to do was throw out 2 more aces for trip and maybe a seven for good measure. to me, he wasnt rigging it so people got great hands where they had to call him all the way. he just dealt out the cards, then rigged it so the flop, turn, and river came out in his favor.

i also dont get how you would go all in if you knew he was cheating. if i were you i wouldve just pointed out that he should keep the cards on the table. or simply just fold.

im surprised no one caught that though. you should have a "cards stay on the table" rule.

yeah we have friend that does that type of crap when we are messing around but when we get down to playing for money he plays honest. But we didn't let him deal for a couple weeks just to be on the safe side.

interesting story, the guy must have big cajones to cheat. I don't think I'd play with him anymore though. If he cheats at a game what else would he be willing to do.

Damn, whatever happened to just kicking the crap out of someone who does this? Are :::cough cough::: friends/players that hard to come across?

Someone like that would never be able to chew solid food again if that happened here.

You should definetly ban him from your home games, and maybe even tell him that cheating will get him no where. (Maybe sent to jail, lol). Anyways, just have your homegames without him.

got one of those ....

one of my buddies had a plan ....while he was dealing he held the cards up off the table a little bit so we could see everyones cards...except his.....i just took care of the situation and told him straight up....YOUR NOT DEALING WHEN ITS YOUR DEAL.....that took care of the problem...and as soon as i said it , he got a smerk on his face and said ..whatever.
