my wife told me today that 3 states are making it legal to play poker online if you live in them. Was that right or is she wrong?

Nevada, NJ, and... Delaware I think?

Nevada has had online games for a few months now. NJ is currently taking applications for online licenses.

I think the law is like this
most of the state law allows to play online poker -- eg play money poker is also online poker!

but most of the state law prevent people from online gambling, so the problem is that if money involved in online poker. that part of the law will be effective.
