It is widely agreed that poker skill outweighs luck and that poker is not 100% of either luck or skill. But it is also widely held that a game in which one can win without the best hand is more closely related to pool or darts than roulette
or craps. Even baseball players get lucky when the ball gets hit right at them so they can catch it more easily.
