You need to utilise my trick - a post-it note on yer monitor with "NEVER bluff A CALLING STATION" written on it.

One of the useful bits of information you can get from stats analysis packages like PokerTracker or PokerOffice is either % went to showdown or % folded to river bet... although it's not as good as knowing particular situations where they won't fold, it can help you to spot the calling stations, and avoid trying to bluff the wrong person.
If you don't use any packages like these, then you need to watch for ones like this - preferably when you're not playing in a hand and see that play or when your very strong hand gets called by a weak one, rather than once you've tried to bluff them, and then make specific notes - if you don't use note-taking much, then noting the fishy calling stations is one of the most useful bits. In No Limit you certainly want this kind of player at your table - even just one can make it a profitable session if you isolate them, so they make good people to put in your buddy list.
