Keep the deck after tournament?

I just want to ask anyone had ideas or could find any rules/regulations on that.

cos NBA final, the player have the chance to keep the basketball, and take it home.
Think the same for Football, especially college football, at least I know one or two player did that.

How about poker tournament?
If you win, do you have the right to take the deck/winning cards home?
How about wsop?

I guess you could ask, but I certainly wouldn't think it was the norm.

casinos have very strict controls over that sort of stuff, so at the very least the deck would have to be altered before you could have it (hole drilled through it / corners shaved off / whatever, so you couldn't bring the cards back into the casino and use them to cheat).

Not likely. Even casinos that sell their cards generally only sell altered blackjack decks since in many places players don't even get to handle them. Framing your entry receipt or some other souvenir will be just as good.
