nope. I think you got full value for your hand without letting the other player see a cheap flop.. If you would have made a smaller raise he may have called you with ace-rag and we know the flop would include a ace..At least that's what usually happens to me when i have Kings.

Your bet was ok.

If i remember rightly, last night in the CC Main Event I raised 200 with AA on the same blinds as you, and won $45.

Always better to go big than limp, as then the big suckouts will occur.

better to win small than lose big. that was an acceptable raise, for sure.

In my opinion simply other people didn't have a playable hand.
But maybe in a tourney in the first levels (and you were at the second) people is less disposal to risk more fiches, even if your raise wasn't very high.
