How many people know this? Who juggles? If you do juggle, does it seem like it helps at the poker table?

Yes, it helps me at the table by confusing my opponent who is facing a tough decision when I pull out 3-4 rubber balls out of my pocket and start juggling.

In all honesty, it's an interesting thought that I can't answer because I don't juggle nor do I know the effects of juggling on a cognitive thinking and how it relates to poker, but I'll definitely read up on it.

You should definitely read up on it. It was on a tv show called Hack my brain, titled think fast.
