Here's my thoughts on this. The call was absolutely horrible. It had nothing to do with his hands or Farha's, it had to do with information. He can either call and see a turn (let's assume he won't raise for now) or else just ask to see the flop and THEN decide to call to see a turn or do something else. Both ways he gets a free turn (because Farha has already acted on the flop and doesn't get action unless Gold raises) but my way he gets to see the flop before committing any money, or he can decide to raise the flop after seeing it. Why turn down free information? Calling there is just absolutely stupid.
