Any player at the table can call a clock. I think the WSOP rules require you to wait 2 minutes before you call the clock, and the players at the table were questioning whether the 2 minutes had elapsed. You can never tell how much time passed by watching the edited highlight shows, but given that several players immediately said they didn't think enough time had elapsed, you have to wonder. Nobody keeps a clock until a clock is called for, so there is really no way to say for sure how much time had passed.
By the way, the Justin Schwartz guy is a total d-bag. So glad he got knocked out. You could tell he was starting to crack under the pressure. There is another hand later in the show where he does his usual C-bet after missing the flop only to see his opponent (Butteroni, I think it was) respond with a check-raise. Schwartz picks up his chips and just starts slamming them into each other and then folds.
