At the moment I am reading a book of Collin Moshman; I have to admit, I find it very difficult to understand all concepts when reading. This is why I often turn to internet resources about poker.

At the moment I am using Thin Value & Gripsed on Youtube to learn. I notice this helps me a lot.

The question is, are there more Youtube channels/resources you would recommend?

Thanx,

Alexey

I'm not sure for youtube poker channels because I'm more book guy so I can recommend to you Lee Nelson's book Kill Phil and Kill Everyone. It's very easy to read and easy to understand. They are also full of charts and tables with explanations of when and how to play some hands depending on how big is you stack and at what stage in the game you are. Also is very good for all-in play as well for short handed and heads up play. Those two books helped me a lot.

Thank you for the reply. To my surprise I am currently reading one book of Lee Nelso, called Let's Play Poker. He is a very good writer to my opinion as all the concepts in the book are explained pretty clearly. Also here he mentions the all-in move a lot. I still need to read Kill Phil & Kill Everyone.

I'm at the moment reading the first volume of Harrington on Hold'Em. Quite interesting until now, an easy read.

But, what I found out to be really helpful is Twitch Streams. There are a lot of really great players who regularly streams there (ElkY, Jaime Staples, acoimbra and many others). What I really enjoy about it is u can ask any question and most of them will be happy to answer it

Yes, let's play poker was the first book I ever read and it helped me a lot about starting hands and how to play at the beginning, middle, and end of the period of the game.
And as you say just because of how it was written and easy to understand I looked for Kill Phil and Kill Everyone.
I would say that Let's Play Poker is a mixture of Kill Phil and Kill Everyone and for beginners, and it's really great to meet with that concept and the way of the game. Kill Phil is more based on the push game while Kill Everyone really gives you a complete picture of how and when to play certain hands depending on CPR and CSI, you should be familiar with the terms CPR and CSI if you read Let's Play Poker.
For my taste and the way that I would like to play poker Kill Everyone is the right book.

I've started at PokerSchoolOnline and there I heard for Lee Nelson and his choice of starting hands, groups of hand and for position from where to play a particular group of hands. Also PokerSchoolOnline has a good Beginners bankroll which combined with their articles, courses and quizzes is a great thing for newbies. I have also started building my bankroll with that what I got from them.
