7-2o is 4% more likely to crack AA than AK.
Phil's hand is a 7 to 3 favorite over the Doyle Brunson.

AhAs is a 2 tenths of a percent favorite over AcAd
Black aces vs red aces is pure 50-50 though
can anybody explain or speculate why?

Dunno what odds calc you're using, but most simply come up with the percentages through running many simulations of the hands you out in.

Of course AA vs AA is 50/50, but the odds calc, even if it's running many thousands of simulations, will not come out with a completely exact figure. Run AA vs AA again and the percentages will probably be (very slightly) different.

Yeah the edges aren't large at all preflop. Yet people still raise with it because their winning chance gets a little higher. Poker is a game about accumulating small edges in the long run.

This is probably just a little bug in the calculator. The suits are equivalent and there is no way one can be more likely than the other.

This probably has to do with the other cards showing in the hand. If there are other clubs or diamonds showing, there are fewer left in the deck so there are fewer outs to hit a flush. Or its just a fluke.
